Below you will find a selection of ancient sites we can visit together. I have picked these sites as we can experience them, and get a sense of their original design and purpose. We can experience the palpable atmospheres present. We will also have an opportunity to explore the acoustic properties at a few locations, for more information on this subject, please reference this article.

I do owe a debt of gratitude to ancient megalithic sites; they have been a huge part of my awakening process. They can help us to experience altered states of consciousness, or we could say, they can give us insights into layers of higher awareness and awakening. Once these layers are experienced, they can be accessed at a later date. With practice, we will grow into these expanded areas of our self. I have visited ancient sites around the world, and there is a common theme, the sites are in majestic areas of the landscape. The trips below will also be full of scenic beauty for you to enjoy. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

The major closest sites to London that can offer a spiritual re-charge are in Wiltshire.

Avebury, Silbury Hill, West Kennet Long Barrow and the Den which has interesting acoustics. The sites are about an hour and a half to two-hour drive from London. It will take a whole day to explore if we meet early. Hopefully, we will have good weather – the whole area is very beautiful when the sun shines. We can relax in the powerful energy fields surrounding the sites and re-charge our spiritual energy/battery while meditating. I can tell you more about the sites if you are interested. I normally describe the landscape and area in Wiltshire as “magical” there isn’t another word that does it justice!

My honest opinion would be to start with this day, it will serve as a wonderful introduction to a lot of different ancient sites and energies. Avebury is the world’s largest known stone circle, and there are no security or restrictions to worry about as there are at Stonehenge. I appreciate most people don’t connect ancient sites with the process of awakening this should become clearer once we visit together.

Ancient sites have been a passion of mine for over 20 years, I didn’t understand why I felt called to them for a long time, except that I felt happier when I was near them. Now I understand that there are powerful energy fields, and that’s why our ancestors marked these places, and this is why they have been used and re-used for thousands of years.

A visit to Stonehenge is always special. It doesn’t matter how many times I visit; I always enjoy going. If you have never visited before, I highly recommend visiting. We are far more capable of absorbing the majesty of the site once we have found the path of awakening.

There is an open area we can use for meditation out of the normal tourist flow. The whole area is powerful, following Stonehenge we can explore the area nearby including ancient sites tourists don’t normally visit. Stonehenge, is a location, in my opinion, for our intuition to work more clearly. I have had some wonderful experiences during my time there.

We could also combine Stonehenge with a trip to Glastonbury, but this would involve an overnight stay. We can discuss options for those interested.

If you book well in advance. I am given enough notice I can book a private visit to Stonehenge. Please be aware these sessions do book up months in advance. Private visits arranged out of normal tourist hours allow us to enter the stone circle (normal tourists are kept out behind a rope). That said, a private visit does include other people, English Heritage, who manage the site, open hour slots to groups of about 22 people. I would need to find one of these slots that have room for us. Private visits give us the opportunity to explore and meditate inside the henge.

Highlights of this day include Glastonbury Tor, Red and White spring at Chalice Well, Glastonbury Abbey, and the Chalice Well Gardens.

Glastonbury has a huge mythos surrounding it, a visit to Glastonbury with awakened consciousness does not disappoint. It has a palpable atmosphere. My guidance can help you, due to countless previous visits I can save you time by showing you around the highlights.

Glastonbury Abbey

“The abbey was founded in the 7th century and enlarged in the 10th, before a major fire in 1184 destroyed the buildings. It was rebuilt and by the 14th century was one of the richest and most powerful monasteries in England.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glastonbury_Abbey

We will visit the Abbey, stroll around the grounds, investigate the main axis of the abbey which seems to contain a strong energy current. There is a very peaceful feeling here, rather like a large cathedral, a great spot to “tune in” and be mindful. There is also a wonderful little chapel with great acoustic properties; I can give you a demonstration of chanting, or should you be inclined we can use our voices together. This cna be a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

Glastonbury Tor

We will climb the majestic Tor and enjoy views across the beautiful Somerset countryside.

Red and White spring

My favourite drinking water, people, drive from miles around to stock up on the free water here. Literature regarding the water claims it contains “lifeforce”, I look forward to your impressions!

Chalice Well Gardens

A well maintained and beautiful setting with a very quiet ambiance. A good spot to meditate and soak in the Glastonbury energy.
A trip to Glastonbury is never complete without a little shopping, the shops look like something out of Harry Potter! There is a good selection of very interesting shops, including holistic health, books, crystals, sound therapy, aromatherapy, incense. As well as some great cafes and restaurants catering to the majority of tastes.

You are welcome to combine this day with others listed on this page. If you are a foreign traveler or keenly interested in locations to help with your awakening, I strongly suggest a trip to Glastonbury!

I have designed this day for anyone with a strong interest in experiencing the acoustics of ancient sites. We can use our voices and a drum to activate the crystalline stones used for megalithic construction. These sound frequencies as measured by Princeton have an effect on active brain areas, generally producing a calming and uplifting sensation. Stimulating the brain can lead to intuitive thoughts and epiphanies. Please take a listen to my radio interviews discussing this subject. This experience takes the shape of a two-part process.

Before visiting the ancient sites, you will meet with Reiki Master Olga Terebina and be taught Reiki healing. Part of the Reiki process opens up channels in your body for you to guide and direct energy. Level 1 covers self-healing. Level 2 covers healing other people. Level 1 will be sufficient for the purposes of visiting ancient sites. Although you can continue, your Reiki training with Olga should you be inclined.

Olga and Gary will then arrange a date with you for visiting a few powerful energetic sites in Wiltshire. The day will have a similar itinerary to the Avebury day listed above. However, it will have a focus on the energetic locations for you to experience directly. Our discussions will also be more focused in this area.

This day will give you an opportunity to tap into the subtle energy currents our ancestors were harnessing. It will be a fun day, allowing you to talk with Gary and Olga further about energy, healing, ancient philosophy and the mysteries of life.

We will include the additional entrance ticket costs on your invoice at the time of booking. There will be no surprises on the day!

Cancellation terms.

If you provide notice of one week or more, we will re-schedule your trip to another date. Minus any ticket costs reliant on your original date.

Trips cancelled or rescheduled with less than one weeks notice will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus any charges for tickets and returning partial payment.

If you are unable to attend on the day with no prior notice given, full payment will be taken. If you wish to re-book at another time, I will take the circumstances of your original cancellation into consideration and offer an appropriate discount.
